Lead Program Manager

We're on the lookout for a skilled and collaborative Program Manager to guide us into our next phase. As we expand our offerings, addressing the growing complexity of our projects and orchestrating our product, engineering, and research units become essential. The Program Manager will play a key role in synchronizing our teams, ensuring timely delivery to our public sector clients, and enhancing our market stance. You'll be at the helm of navigating development challenges, aligning our teams, and harnessing the full potential of our collective capabilities.

What you will do:

  • Work closely with product, engineering, and research to gather and analyze technical requirements.

  • Liaise with Product and GTM teams to understand product objectives and navigate roadblocks during sprints.

  • Drive, alignment, and collaboration to maximize efficiency across tasks.

  • Refine time reporting and task categorization for clearer insights into project versions, features, and improvements.

  • Delve into the technical landscape, driving innovative solutions to position our product ahead of the curve.

  • Guide our teams in delivering the right solutions to our customers on time and budget, always staying ahead of risks.

  • Manage sprints to ensure optimal scoping, resourcing, and alignment with business goals.

  • Bridge between product, research, and engineering teams.

  • Actively engage in team growth by helping recruit and hire top talent.

  • Lead in optimizing product deployment and guaranteeing exceptional release quality.

  • Progress autonomously and delegate tasks to empower team members to take
    ownership.

  • Regularly update leadership, celebrate our wins, and collaboratively tackle challenges.

Qualifications:

  • US Citizen. Must hold or be willing and able to hold a clearance and pass a polygraph.

  • College degree, Masters preferred.

  • Solid experience in Agile methodologies, including daily SCRUM practices.

  • Technically proficient, particularly in Java/Python and cloud architectures.

  • A fluid multitasker who can transition between responsibilities without missing a beat.

  • Aptitude and proven track record of collaboration and leadership.

  • An analytical mindset complemented by problem-solving capabilities.

  • Business insight with a knack for task prioritization.

  • A strong grounding in ML/NLP principles and practices.
