Department of Defense Awards dMetrics a $99.5M Multiyear AI Production Other Transaction (OT) Agreement to Support Multiagency AI/ML Efforts

WASHINGTON, D.C. - dMetrics Inc., a leading provider of advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions, has been awarded a $99.5 million ceiling, 5-year Production Other Transaction (OT) by the Washington Headquarters Service (WHS), led by the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC). This agreement will support the Department of Defense's efforts to enhance its data analysis and decision-making capabilities across multiple agencies.

The Production OT, structured for multi-organization use, will enable the deployment of dMetrics' Minsky® platform, an innovative AI-powered knowledge management and information retrieval system. Minsky has demonstrated significant success in processing vast amounts of unstructured data, generating actionable insights, and supporting critical decision-making processes within the defense and intelligence communities.

"We are honored to receive this Production OT award", said Dr. Paul Nemirovsky, CEO and Cofounder of dMetrics. "This agreement reflects the Department of Defense's commitment to leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to maintain our nation's technological superiority. We look forward to supporting our current and future customers across the DoD, IC, and public sector in enhancing their analytical capabilities and operational effectiveness."

The Minsky platform's ability to rapidly process and analyze diverse datasets, including open-source and classified information, will continue to provide DoD decision makers with comprehensive, data-driven insights to support strategic planning, intelligence analysis, and operational decision making.

This award follows dMetrics' successful completion of prototype projects with various DoD entities, including Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC), the Army Geospatial Center (AGC), and multiple intelligence community (IC) agencies. This Production OT will facilitate broader adoption of the Minsky platform across the public sector, enhancing information retrieval and knowledge generation across sparse and messy datasets.
