UPDATED OCTOBER 29, 2026

Terms of Service

These terms (“Terms”) govern use of the public dMetrics website (the “Site”). They do not cover access to Minsky® products, which is a separate commercial service available only to subscribed, authenticated customers under their own agreement.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or browsing the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes: to describe dMetrics and the Minsky product family, and to let visitors request a demo or contact us about a role or inquiry. You may not use the Site to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with its operation, or scrape or harvest data beyond ordinary browsing.

Minsky is a commercial service

Minsky Platform, IPE, STIO, Candor, and Guard are commercial products. Access requires an active subscription or contract and sign-in through an authenticated login — Commercial at minsky.ai or Government at minsky.mil. Browsing the Site does not grant any license, trial, or right to access those products. Nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy Minsky access. Use of Minsky by a subscribed customer is governed solely by that customer's separate written agreement with dMetrics, not by these Terms.

Intellectual property

The content, design, trademarks, and logos on the Site — including the dMetrics name and the Minsky name and marks — are owned by dMetrics or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, dMetrics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after a revision becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
